To what extent does the brainwashing of our times, so-called team building, which has become so popular, help people to function in their everyday lives? In what way does it help people to answer the fundamental questions of life?

How well can somebody brought up in an ex-communist country conform to the values dictated by a "brave new world"? And how well can a trainer brought in from the UK understand the (sometimes way too) Eastern European way of life?

Péter's job is to film a team building weekend in a countryside mansion. He records the events of the weekend: the memorable moments as well as the humiliating ones, the team building, and the foreign trainer, George's sometimes cruel but efficient methods. Péter agrees to make a film in the end about the weekend. It is shown at the closing event, but the participants get more than they bargained for.

A portrayal of society in a country that fought for and won its freedom. Or did it ever really win it?
