But one day she receives shocking news: because of a mysterious e-mail she is suddenly forced to change schools. The new setting means new friends, new adventures, but of course new troubles as well: what does the captain of a cheerleader group do in a conservative school, where she is just an outsider? Although Regina is full of good intentions, her new classmates regard her as an overly posh, snobby princess, especially the school's most popular and influential student, Livia. In time Regina slowly figures out that there are more important things in the world than being popular. In the course of this discovery, someone in particular plays an important role: Mark, Regina's new neighbour.
